This high-performance sewage suction truck is designed with optional arm support and custom tank features, offering adaptability for diverse waste management tasks. It utilizes a 3360mm chassis wheelbase and is equipped with specialized components, including a tank and vacuum system, to efficiently collect and clean feces, sewage, and other liquid waste. The tank body, with dimensions (diameter x length) of 1400 mm x 3692 mm (including the head), provides a total capacity of 4.77 cubic meters and an effective volume of 4.58 cubic meters, ensuring ample storage for waste transportation.
The vehicle's overall height adjusts based on the arm support configuration: 2605 mm when the optional arm support device is installed, and 2590 mm in the standard no-arm configuration. To meet specific operational needs, it offers extensive customization options, including liquid level switches, manhole cover styles, sewage outlet designs, anti-overflow valve types, water tanks, pipeline layouts, camera installations, liquid level gauge styles, and left/right bottom beam arrangements.
For structural safety, both side and rear protections are constructed from Q235A steel and use bolted connections. The rear protection device features a cross-sectional size of either 120 × 60 mm or 100 × 50 mm and a ground clearance of 405 mm, complying with safety standards for operational stability. The chassis is equipped with an ABS system (model CM4XL-4S/4M) manufactured by Guangzhou Ruili Kemi Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., enhancing braking performance and control during waste collection and transportation.
