Detachable Garbage Truck (hereinafter referred to as "hook arm truck") is a remarkable integration of garbage collection and transportation capabilities within a single, innovative vehicle. Crafted with precision, it features a robust vehicle chassis complemented by a state-of-the-art pulling arm device. Ingeniously designed, the associated garbage collection box can be effortlessly detached from the vehicle body, allowing seamless loading, unloading, and transfer operations via the pulling arm mechanism. Strategically placed throughout urban landscapes, the hook arm truck efficiently gathers bagged waste from bustling streets, alleys, and residential communities, and excels in collecting bulk refuse from constrained roadways. Independently functional, the garbage bin serves as a compact urban waste collection hub. Once filled, it's either transported to a transfer station or directly to a disposal site-streamlining processes without necessitating civil infrastructure. The fully sealed bin guarantees zero waste spillage and odor diffusion, epitomizing the "one vehicle, multiple boxes" paradigm, remarkably minimizing both investment and operational costs.

Showcasing a domestic advanced chassis paired with globally acclaimed arm assemblies, this system embodies mature technology fused with stable and reliable performance.
The ingeniously designed garbage bin can be detached from the truck, enabling a single truck to seamlessly operate with multiple bins, optimizing vehicle configuration, enhancing transport efficiency, and significantly reducing operational costs.
The adept garbage compression cabinet door operates in harmony with the vehicle's power, ensuring a practical and dependable solution.
A meticulously engineered hydraulic system integrates multiple interlocking devices and an explosion-proof valve, guaranteeing safety throughout the vehicle's operational, loading, and unloading processes.
The hook arm system features a slider-type structure, facilitating effortless hook fitting, simplifying maintenance, and minimizing bin loading and unloading height constraints.
Equipped with a stabilizing roller, the truck remains steadfast during cabinet loading and unloading. As the oil cylinder lowers the roller to the ground, the truck's upwarp is effectively prevented, enhancing operational security.
Generous Box Capacity
This cutting-edge garbage truck, with its detachable carriage and garbage compression box, enables direct transfer from source to disposal site. This intelligent design significantly cuts transportation costs while curtailing secondary pollution, making it ideal for high garbage concentration areas like bustling urban centers, expansive factories, educational institutions, sprawling squares, and other densely populated locales.
User-Friendly Operation Effortless Trash Bin Hooking Operation: 1. Prior to engaging the arm truck in operations such as hooking, bin unloading, or material unloading, it is imperative to assess the road conditions-ensuring the surface is solid, level, free of slopes, and devoid of cliffs. Should these conditions be unfavorable, operation should be promptly avoided; 2. Ensure the vehicle's air pressure is optimal. Approach the trash bin in reverse, maintaining a distance of 3-5 meters. Engage the clutch pedal, activate the power take-off switch, select the low-speed forward gear, and gradually accelerate from gears 1-4 (utilizing only low-speed forward for power take-off). Release the clutch, permitting the arm oil pump to commence its operation; 3. Utilize the remote control to rotate the "lock hook/release" button, fully disengaging the hydraulic lock. Continue by rotating the "boom/retreat" button, fully retracting the boom. Next, activate the "boom/raise" button-initiating the boom's rearward flip. To accelerate, engage the low-speed forward gear and increase speed in tandem with engine revolutions. As the boom approaches the trash bin hook, relinquish the throttle. Gently rotate the "lift/unload bin" button to precisely align the boom hook with the trash bin hook, securing the connection. Release the button, select reverse gear, and allow the boom hook to seamlessly engage with the trash bin hook. 4. Engage the hand brake with precision, deftly utilize the clutch, and switch to the forward gear. Masterfully rotate the 'leg' button to its full extent, ensuring the rear support is entirely opened and steadfastly positioned; 5. Skillfully rotate the 'boom/lower' button, accelerating the lift of the trash bin hook with finesse. Vigilantly ensure the trash bin's lower guide rail aligns with the rear guide wheel. If misaligned, pause the process, gently advance the vehicle until precision alignment is achieved, then persist in rotating the 'boom/lower' button. Once the trash bin is impeccably hooked and lifted, release the button. Command the 'boom/extend' button to smoothly reposition the trash bin to the very front, then secure the position. Rotate the 'lock hook/lock' button to firmly lock the box, followed by the 'leg/retreat' button, gracefully retracting the legs completely; 6. Engage the clutch with expertise, disable the power take-off switch, and select the ideal forward gear for transporting the trash bin/compression station to its unloading destiny. Cautiously avoid abrupt brakes, sharp turns, or excessive speeds during transit; 7. Reverse with precision to the designated space at the unloading site, engage neutral, pull the hand brake, and exit the vehicle. Ensure the spare hydraulic oil tube and the quick connector are fully open and flawlessly match the trash bin's connector. Engage the power take-off gear, fully open the rear support as instructed, then deftly tap the 'leg' button to open the trash bin's rear door; 8. Rotate the 'boom/raise' button elegantly to achieve the self-unloading stance, allowing the trash/material to be completely discharged with ease; 9. Carefully rotate the 'boom/lower' button until the box returns to its original position. Proceed by rotating the 'leg/retreat' button to retract the legs smoothly, and ensure the rear door is securely closed and locked. Safely detach the quick connector from the box, securing it back in the vehicle; 10. Convey the trash bin/compression station back to its designated place, executing the unloading steps once more to finalize the work cycle. Finally, ensure the control box is powered down and the power take-off gear is switched off; |
